Orders are usually setup within 24 hours of payment. If you have not received your VPS login details by email here is what you should do.

1. Login to your account at https://secure.swvps.com
2. Under "My Packages" menu on top, click VPS/Servers
3. If your order is "pending" it has not been setup yet. Check again later. However if your order status is "Active" you should be able to view your VPS login details in your client area.
4. Under "My Account " menu on top, click "Email Messages". You should see a copy of your welcome email there. Click the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the email subject to view the message.
